This is a great recipe given to me by a client. Hope you enjoy!
1 jar (26 oz) mangoes plus juice
8oz gold tequilla
1 can (6oz) frozen limeade concentrate
4oz Triple Sec (1/2 cup)
2oz Grand Marnier (1/4 cup)
combine mangoes and juice , tequila, limeade, Triple Sec and Grand Marnier in blender. Mix well. Pour half of the liquid in a pitcher and set aside. Add crushed ice to liquid in blender. Blend until slushy. Repeat with remaining half. Rim glasses with lime and dip in salt. Makes about 10-12. You can double the batch and keep in the fridge and then pour over ice in blender. Just make sure to shake well first.
